Loraine Monk, local artist and printmaker will lead this workshop on relief printing. The workshop is suitable for beginners and those who have some experience, all welcome ( but places are limited! )
Please bring a simple picture or design and Loraine will show you how to trace it onto a small linoplate, cut out the design, then print it on to an A4 size piece of cartridge or Japanese paper, to make a vivid contrasting image.
All printing materials are supplied. Please bring pads, pencils and pens if you want to sketch your ideas first.
Ink, gloves and paper will be provided.

Participants are strongly advised to wear old clothes and/or any unwanted aprons.
