Event Details
Tim tells the history of the one-and-a-quarter mile promenade between Surbiton and Kingston… a place where he was taken as a toddler to throw crusts to the ducks and swans.
It was opened in the 1850s by Queen Victoria using one of the most devious tricks ever played on a monarch by a local council!
Tim will also tell the story of Ravens Ait in a lavishly illustrated presentation.
