Carey Hamblett - Meet the Artist

Drop in and meet Carey for an informal chat about her inspiration and work before her exhibition closes on 15^th Feb.

Carey Hamblett is a multi-disciplined practitioner who has worked in TV, theatre, music videos and visual arts. She grew up on the California coast and in the shires of England. Studying at Wimbledon School of Art and the London Film School her journey has included painting, photography, film and artist's residency and exhibition ‘LA Environs' in the US in 2017. Her work conveys her interest in nature’s ultimate dominion over the built environment, the interaction between earth and ocean and the forces inherent in our weather systems.
