A History of Popular Music from the 1930s to the 1970s features some of the greatest musical songs of the period.


Ranging from classic Jazz songs in the 1930s and !940s to the Pop and Rock of the 1960s and 1970s by way of great Blues, Folk, Country and Soul songs


Expect to hear songs by Ella, Johnny, Elmore, Woody, Pete, Frank, Big Mama, Elvis, Don, Nina, Dusty, John & Paul, Joni, Neil, Paul, Bill, Bob and Wilbert


The songs will be interspersed with poetry, inspired by the music and history of the period, from local poets
