The Artful Dodgers are an informal group whose founder members met many years ago at an inspirational art-class run on alternate Saturday mornings at the Malden Centre, New Malden.

In the Summer Term their tutor took us away from the studio to paint outdoors and they rather liked to the idea. So much so, that they began to meet informally on summer Saturdays when the class was not in session.

Over the years, these informal Saturday morning sessions have expanded to cover the whole year, and their membership has also grown. They paint in and around South West London with occasional trips into the city or further afield (plus picnic!)  They are always happy to welcome new people of all standards.
